About HeyJim

HeyJim is a private-beta AI assistant intended to help users organise information, work with documents and email, understand permitted computer context, remember approved information, surface reminders and carry out user-directed digital actions.

Beta status

Features may change, fail, be unavailable or behave unexpectedly. You should keep independent copies of important data and review important outputs and actions. Beta access may be changed or withdrawn where needed for security, reliability, legal compliance or product development.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for your decisions, accounts and the actions you authorise. HeyJim is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice.

Computer and account access

You may only use HeyJim to access systems, accounts, files and data you are authorised to access. You must not use the product to bypass security, impersonate another person unlawfully, interfere with systems or cause harm.

Connected services

Third-party services remain subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Availability of an integration may depend on those providers and can change.

AI outputs and actions

AI outputs can be inaccurate. The product uses confirmation gates for certain higher-impact actions, but users should still review important information and maintain appropriate oversight.

Your data

You retain responsibility for information and documents you provide. You must have the right to process and use any third-party information you place in the product.
